The Elevator: The Way, AI Memo, Inner Excellence
“Become devoted to that which is powerful and permanent.”
Happy Friday,
It’s freezing here in Austin. I’ve been using my “walking pad” for the first time to get steps in despite the cold. One thing I’ve found handy is using the memo’s app for problem-solving on things I’m thinking about and then sending it to ChatGPT to organize my thoughts and draft materials. I love how much AI is going to free us up not only from certain tasks but also from our screens. I think that our typical UI’s are going to completely change and I look forward to all of the new hardware we’re going to be able to utilize to get us off of screens.
I’ve also started up a meditation practice again through a new app (The Way) which is linked below.
Here are this week’s curated links:

School of life has an App: it’s pretty good and it’s pretty funny. (School of Life, App Store)
This podcast from HeartMath, “The Untapped Potential Of Money to Elevate Human Consciousness” covered different “Era’s” of wellness. I found this particularly fascinating as trends tend to happen in 10-year-long cycles. We moved out of “Mindfulness” into “Emotional Wellbeing” and probably are headed into “Spiritual Wellbeing” next. (Spotify)
Inner Excellence: It’s the type of book I’d like to write. “Become devoted to that which is powerful and permanent.” (Amazon)
