Hey All – Summer is flying by! I have multiple clients who are hitting massive inflection points in their business and it’s a joy to see.
I’ve been doing a lot of work to organize my office space (seen below) which is still a WIP and now have an “office-open, office-closed” curtain setup Ha! I also had another fantastic mountain retreat (also pic below) where I was lucky enough to learn directly from a long-time influence of mine.
Finding mentors is so incredibly important, and I often find myself fully understanding things that I learned years back from mentors that are just now making sense.

I just pre-ordered this new device. It’s like the Light Phone but with an iPad-like experience, most importantly to me, it has little to no blue light. Since acquiring my Ra Optics and going down the Jack Kruse rabbit hole, I’ve tried to limit my screen time when possible.

How to Use GPT-Advanced Voice Mode (Every)
I really liked this post on “Advanced Voice Mode” from Dan Shipper. It gives you a great overview of how GPT models will begin to be used as Voice Models.I’ve been waiting for this for a long time!
I’ve started using the current GPT voice model more for asking questions, but I want to have full conversations and I’m certain this will help us all have more personalized counseling and therapy in any area we’d like.
Radiance: Ayurvedic Support

‘s post. This is for those looking for an alternative option to get their health back to baseline. Ayurvedic medicine is the oldest documented form of medicine on the planet. One idea I’ve always found unique from Ayurveda (my interpretation) is that you shouldn’t just solve a symptom of a problem you’re facing until you get your body into a healthy state. I’ve applied out of curiosity.
Here’s his recommendation:
